The St. John Center for Women’s Health Breastfeeding Resource Center is here to support you in your desire to breastfeed.
We provide comprehensive inpatient services during your stay after your baby is born, as well as educational programs and outpatient consultations. All St. John Center for Women’s Health lactation consultants are certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultants. Your lactation consultant will guide you through the process of breastfeeding and help you reach your personal breastfeeding goals.
Our services are free and available to any new mom facing breastfeeding challenges — regardless of where you delivered. You can reach a lactation consultant by calling (918) 744-2681 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by e-mail at breastfeeding@sjmc.org. We’re always here to help and answer your questions so you can give your baby the best start possible.
The St. John Gift Shop, located on the first floor of the J.A. Chapman Tower, and the Women’s Resource Shop, located in the Women’s Center, offer a variety of breastfeeding products for your convenience. A lactation consultant can help you determine what products will best meet your needs.
